1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone using elegantoptics.org, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], a business trading as Elegant Optics with clinics in Karen and Spring Valley/Westlands, Nairobi. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. What this website does
This site lets you browse our services and frame catalog, and reserve an appointment or a frame for an in-store try-on. No payment is taken online, and no purchase is completed through the website — a booking is a request, confirmed by our team in person or via WhatsApp. Prices shown are estimates and may vary by lens prescription, coatings, and in-store availability.
3. Appointments and reservations
Submitting a booking does not guarantee a slot until we confirm it. We may contact you to reschedule if a branch or time is unavailable. Reserved frames are held for try-on only and are not sold or set aside as purchased stock until you complete a purchase in-store.
4. Returns, exchanges, and warranty
